Frequently Asked Questions
Heirloom Seed Vault Guarantee
Heirloom Seed Vault tests the germination rate and purity of all our seeds before packing them for your order. Therefore we are able to promise that the information about the germination rate we write on the envelopes is true. Keep the seeds in a dry, cool place so they keep better until sowing time. All the seeds we offer for sale have at least the regulated germination rate and have not been treated or have any other measure used on them.
Heirloom Seed Vault guarantees all our seed as being fresh and of the highest quality, however we cannot replace seed that does not germinate as we have no control over how the seed was planted or the conditions they are planted in, in respect to cold or hot weather, under watering, over watering, soil preparation and planting technique. Heirloom Seed Vault is committed to your vegetable growing triumph and wants all our gardeners to be 100% happy with our seeds. If you are dissatisfied please contact us so we can talk about finding a solution for you.

The envelopes are labelled with common name, botanical name, a variety description, basic sowing information and the germination rate.
