Known for there 12-15” green tops, that are among the most sought after anywhere for their delicious flavour and tenderness. Beet tops are often used as a replacement for cooked or raw spinach, but these are the cream of the crop. The red root is a flat globe and are good pickled or cooked.

Growing Directions

Sow seeds ½” deep, 3” apart, in full sun, when ground is workable in spring. Thin to 6”. Sow 2nd crop a month later for continued harvest of tops. Benefits from compost amended soil.
