Developed by Ferry Morse Co. in 1947 from the original Snowball from 1878. These 6″, 3-5 lb. tight heavy heads are snow white from the leaves curling over the head protecting it from the sun.

Growing Directions

Sow seeds 1/4″ deep, indoors 4-6 weeks before last heavy frost. Transplant or sow directly 18″ apart in full sun, when all chance of heavy frost has past. Plants will benefit from addition of blood and bone meal to soil.
