Originally developed in 1900, the Mary is a variety of Martha, but stronger and is able to harvest earlier. These delicious stalks will produce little ferns the first year and will have some small spears the second year. In the following years production will only get stronger and stronger.

Growing Directions

Soak seeds for 24 hours before sowing 1″ deep, 18′ apart in full sun. Sow in aerated soil with compost and or manure for best results.
